Matt's mom is in the process of having her kitchen remodeled and as a result she had to find a new home for most of her over 130 cookbooks and I was lucky enough to have the first pick. I was able to take about 40 or so of the best ones she had. I am so excited to start going through them for new recipes. One of my goals for this summer is start cooking more and trying new recipes. I'll keep you posted on the results and share the best ones! Bon appetit!
